We're doing things a little differently this year. Here's what you need to know.

About the Breakouts

Breakout sessions are assigned for most but not all attendees.

Your team leaders have assigned you to a breakout session for each day. Click here to see where you'll be training to go faster and higher.

About the Breakouts

If you're "unassigned," choose a session to attend each day.

Choose a session that's most interesting to you. This is an opportunity to expand your knowledge and skillsets. See below for a short description of each breakout session to see what piques your interest.

BREAKOUT

Americas

Harbor 5 (Tue & Wed)

Day 1  - Achieve 

Achieve will be facilitating a performance coaching workshop. Seating is limited. (Note: this session goes until 4:30PM.)

Day 2 - Executive Engagement

This breakout session will discuss the modern selling environment and trend of increasing executive engagement in the sales cycle. It will also have 2 activities around intentional network building and communications to keep Syniverse in the customer's mind. Due to the activity based nature of this workshop, seating is limited. Seating is reserved for Americas Sales, SEs, CSMs. All others are first come first serve.

APAC

Reef (Tue) & Harbor 4 (Wed)

Day 1  - Product Deep Dive I

This session is focused on selling 2 solutions in APAC: Universal Commerce for BCE and the 5G Solution. Each topic will have approximate 40 minutes for presentation and questions. This will include State of the Industry in APAC, new use cases, and success stories which may impact APAC sales environment. Professional Services will also be discussed. This has open seating.

Day 2 - Product Deep Dive II

Many questions have been asked about the partnership between Syniverse and Cellusys, and how we will phase out Mobileum. Additionally, what other products are needed and can be sold as a solution with our SoR/VAS? This session will focus on SoR and VAS in APAC. While many parts will be applicable to other geographies, some details will be APAC specific. This has open seating.

Day 2 - Opportunity Planning

EMEAI has several solution selling opportunities open that have questions that need to be resolved. They also offer up discussion points for the next time they sell similar solutions. Each topic will have 20 minutes including a short intro to the topic by the Sales Leader, and then an open discussion around the open questions with product, pricing, and related teams. This breakout is very specific to EMEAI opportunities and may have concepts that are applicable in other areas. This has open seating.
